  • 2 c. Wild duck skinned, and cut into bite-sized pcs Flour as needed Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste Butter as needed
  • 1 c. Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. Beer
  • 1 x Onion diced
  • 1/2 tsp Dry oregano Warm buttered noodles for serving Grated Parmesan cheese Minced fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle meat with flour, salt and pepper, and saute/fry lightly in butter. Put meat into a Dutch oven and add in tomato sauce, beer, onion, and oregano. Cover and cook over low heat till tender, that will of course depend on the age of bird - anywhere from 1 to 2 hrs. Serve on buttered noodles with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
