Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
- 1 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 4 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 8 c. Chex brand cereals (corn, rice, and-or wheat)
- 1 c. peanuts, or possibly course
- 1 c. pretzel sticks

- Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In open roasting pan heat butter in oven. Stir in seasoned salt and Worcestershire sauce. Gradually add in cereals, nuts, and pretzels, stirring till all pcs are evenly coated. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 min. Spread on absorbent paper to cool. Store in airtight container. Makes 9 cups. (This recipe can easily be cut in half.)
- In large microwave-safe bowl heat butter on HIGH 1 minute. Stir in seasoned salt and Worcestershire sauce. Gradually add in cereal, nuts, and pretzels, stirring till all pcs are evenly coated. Microwave on HIGH 5-6 min, stirring every 2 min. Spread on absorbent paper to cool. Store in airtight container.Due to differences in microwave ovens, cooking time may need adjustment. These directions were developed using 625-700 watt ovens.
