Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. Nuts, finely minced
  • 3/4 c. Lightly Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 c. Cream Cheese
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 1/2 c. Sugar, divided
  • 6 ounce Chocolate Chips
  • 3 c. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Cocoa
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 c. Water
  • 2/3 c. Veg. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Mix together nuts and brown sugar. Set mix aside.
  2. Mix together cream cheese, egg, 1/2 c. sugar and chocolate chips. Set aside.
  3. Mix together flour, the remaining 2 c. sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt, water, veg. oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat till blended.
  4. Fill paper-lined cupcake tins 1/3 full, add in 1 heaping tsp. of cream cheese mix. Sprinkle top with 1 tsp. brown sugar/nut mix.
  5. Bake at 350 for 20 min.
  6. Makes approximately 3 dozen.
