Receta Cheese Chips Cup Cakes

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Nuts, finely minced
- 3/4 c. Lightly Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 c. Cream Cheese
- 1 x Egg
- 2 1/2 c. Sugar, divided
- 6 ounce Chocolate Chips
- 3 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Cocoa
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 c. Water
- 2/3 c. Veg. oil
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
Direcciones
- Mix together nuts and brown sugar. Set mix aside.
- Mix together cream cheese, egg, 1/2 c. sugar and chocolate chips. Set aside.
- Mix together flour, the remaining 2 c. sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt, water, veg. oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat till blended.
- Fill paper-lined cupcake tins 1/3 full, add in 1 heaping tsp. of cream cheese mix. Sprinkle top with 1 tsp. brown sugar/nut mix.
- Bake at 350 for 20 min.
- Makes approximately 3 dozen.
