- 3 c. sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon vanilla

- Mix all ingredients in large pan. Cook over low heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for a full 8 min while stirring. Cold. Makes 2 qts. Very good.
