  • 10 ounce. Oreo cookies, crushed (use whole cookie)
  • 3/4 c. butter, melted
  • 4 ounce. German Sweet Chocolate
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk (small can)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 gallon chocolate chip mint ice cream (softened)

Direcciones

  1. Reserve 2/3 c. crushed Oreo. Mix remaining Oreos with 1/4 c. melted butter. Press in 9 x 13 pan. Chill.
  2. Heat chocolate, add in 1/2 c. butter, sugar and evaporated lowfat milk. Boil over medium heat for 4 min, stirring constantly. Add in vanilla, cold. Spread over crust. Refrigeratein freezer till set. Spread ice cream over chocolate layer. Sprinkle reserved Oreos over top. Freeze.
