  • 1 package Cluck 'n Moo Burgers (4 burgers)
  • 8 slices of bread (your choice)
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • 4 slices of cheese (use which you prefer, we used White American Cheddar slices)
  • Pickles for servings (optional)

Direcciones

  1. On your panini griddler or frying pan, cook burgers about 3-5 minutes on each side. Remove the burgers and set aside. Clean your griddle for the panini press.
  2. Assembling the paninis:
  3. Lay each burger on a slice of bread. Top with cheese, tomatoes, and onions, and any other desired toppings.
  4. Top with remaining slice of bread.
  5. Place the burgers on your panini griddler and press for about 5-8 minutes until the cheese has melted, and your bread has nice grill marks.
