Ingredientes
- 3/4 cup of Cornmeal
- 1 1/4 cups of flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of drippings (use the sausage drippings if you are making the beans and rice)
- substitute vegetable oil and 1/2 teaspoon of salt if no drippings*
- Honey-butter:
- 2 tblsp softened butter
- 2 tblsp of honey
- 2 tsp cinnamon
