Cuttlefish & Clam Fra Diavolo

Protein ingredients.
Sauce ingredients.
Sauce Mise En Place.
Saute onions in oil until tender.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add remaining sauce ingredients and simmer for 15-20 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add cuttlefish.
Cover and slowly simmer for about 2 hours or until very tender.
Add Manila clams and chopped clams.
Cover and simmer just until clams open. Discard any that don't open. Taste for seasoning and adjust if necessary.
Serve over pasta with a salad and crusty bread.
