  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 c. low fat plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. minced mushrooms
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 3 c. brown rice
  • Your favorite frzn vegetables

Direcciones

  1. Cook, skin and cut up chicken. Mix together cream of chicken soup with yogurt and lemon juice. Saute/fry mushrooms and celery till tender. Add in mushrooms, celery and cooked chicken to soup mix. Layer brown rice in bottom of a baking dish. Pour soup mix over rice. Heat at 350 degrees for 20 min till thoroughly hot. Top with your favorite vegetable.
