..Arby's%20had%20a%20Southwest%20Chicken%20Sandwich.%20It%20was%20AWESOME.%20Onion%20bun,%20thousand%20island,%20crunchy%20onions%20and%20green%20bell%20peppers%20and%20subtely%20spiced%20sliced%20chicken...and%20cheddar...HEAVEN.%20The%20best%20sandwich%20they've%20ever%20had!%20Do%20you%20hear%20me%20ARBY%22S?!%20Bring%20it%20back!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOn%20and%20off%20through%20the%20years%20since%20they%20discontinued%20it,%20I've%20remade%20it%20the%20best%20I%20could.%20Most%20of%20the%20time%20with%20the%20stuff%20it%20originally%20had%20on%20it.%20But%20we%20all%20know%20that%20I'm%20a%20fan%20of%20working%20with%20what%20I've%20got...so%20I%20did.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMini%20Southwest%20Wannabies%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETurkey-whatever%20kind%20you%20like,%20I%20used%20just%20Oscar%20Meyer%20that%20I%20bought%20at%20Sam's%20Club%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDinner%20rolls%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECajun%20seasoning-I%20used%20Tony%20Charere's,%20I%20use%20that%20on%20everything%20(esp%20veggies,%20it's%20amazing%20on%20green%20beans)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eshredded%20cheddar%20cheese%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1/2%20an%20onion%20sliced%20and%20sauteed%20along%20with%20some%20bell%20pepper-I%20used%20red%20and%20yellow%20baby%20bella%20(another%20Sam's%20Club%20thing)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThousand%20Island%20dressing-that%20I%20made%20myself%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESprinkle%20the%20turkey%20with%20some%20Tony's%20and%20warm%20it%20in%20a%20pan%20(or%20in%20the%20microwave,%20makes%20no%20difference%20to%20me).%20Get%20a%20sheet%20pan%20and%20put%20your%20dinner%20rolls%20on%20it,%20and%20on%20one%20side%20put%20your%20turkey,%20onions/bell,%20and%20cheese-butter%20the%20other%20side%20of%20the%20roll-you'll%20thank%20me%20for%20that%20one.%20Pop%20it%20under%20the%20broiler%20until%20the%20cheese%20is%20nice%20and%20melty-get%20it%20out%20and%20top%20with%20the%20dressing.%20Yum,%20yum,%20gimme%20some!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Esugar,%20to%20taste,%20you%20might%20not%20even%20need%20it,%20but%20Hubs%20added%20a%20little%20bit%20to%20ours.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENow%20WHY%20did%20I%20make%20my%20own%20dressing.%20Well..not%20to%20get%20t-totally%20green/hippie/%20etc%20.BUT%20I%20made%20the%20mistake%20of%20looking%20at%20the%20ingredient%20list%20on%20some%20boughten%20(Yes,%20we%20use%20that%20'word'%20in%20our%20family)%20dressing%20and%20it%20was%20scary...too%20many%20things%20on%20there%20that%20I%20didn't%20know%20what%20they%20were.%20So...I%20made%20it%20myself,%20and%20you%20know..it's%20really%20good.%20Same%20with%20ranch%20using%20HV%20powder..I%20made%20some%20last%20night%20using%202%25%20milk%20so%20it's%20really%20thin...love%20love%20it!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
