Receta Lemon Buttered New Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 12 sm raw new potatoes
- 1/3 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Direcciones
- Pare a strip around center of each potato, if you like. Cook potatoes in boiling water till fork-tender; drain well. In small saucepan, heat butter. Add in remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook till thoroughly heated. Place warm potatoes in serving dish; pour butter over potatoes.
