- 3 lg. sweet potatoes, cooked
- 1 c. applesauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, well packed
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- Miniature marshmallows
Direcciones
- Mash sweet potatoes and add in remaining ingredients except for marshmallows. Put in a 2 qt casserole dish and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Top with the marshmallows the last 10 min.
