It’s the last day of February and I find myself wondering where the heck the first couple months of the year went. There was something about flu. And business at the Evil Day Job. A cookbook. Writing a class. And a whole lot of not being able to drag my fanny out of bed on time in order to get back into any kind of fitness routine because…dark…and cold…and comfy bed. .%20%20I%20haven%E2%80%99t%20updated%20to%20the%20paid%20version.%20%20But%20I%20discovered%20that%20while%20using%20the%20app%20during%20the%20work%20day,%20I%20could%20burn%20an%20extra%20100-150%20calories%20a%20day.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESince%20we%E2%80%99re%20in%20the%20winter%20and%20it%E2%80%99s%20dark%20when%20I%20get%20up%20(or%20at%20the%20very%20least%20REALLY%20FLIPPING%20COLD),%20I%E2%80%99m%20just%20accepting%20that%20I%E2%80%99m%20really%20not%20going%20to%20walk%20first%20thing%20in%20the%20morning.%20%20That%E2%80%99s%20not%20going%20to%20change%20with%20the%20advent%20of%20Daylight%20Savings%20Time%20next%20month.%20%20Bleh.%20%20It%E2%80%99s%20hard%20enough%20to%20get%20out%20of%20bed%20without%20making%20it%20pitch%20black%20again.%20%20In%20any%20event,%20I%20think%20it%E2%80%99s%20time%20to%20go%20back%20to%20yoga%20for%20a%20while.%20%20Now%20that%20I%E2%80%99ve%20been%20back%20to%20taekwondo%20training%20for%208%20months,%20I%20can%20tell%20that%20my%20balance%20isn%E2%80%99t%20anywhere%20near%20as%20good%20as%20it%20was%20when%20I%20was%2019%20(and%2040%20pounds%20lighter),%20so%20I%E2%80%99m%20thinking%20I%E2%80%99ll%20go%20through%20the%20Balance%20training%20program%20on%20New%20U%20Yoga%20and%20Pilates%20on%20my%20Wii%20a%20couple%20days%20a%20week.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20need%20to%20axe%20the%20sugar%20from%20my%20diet%20again.%20%20I%20actually%20did%20really%20well%20over%20Christmas%20(I%20even%20LOST%20weight)%20because%20I%20couldn%E2%80%99t%20eat%20most%20anything%20at%20holiday%20get%20togethers.%20%20But%20I%20made%20up%20for%20it%20afterwards%20making%20a%20fabulous%20chocolate%20pie%20when%20my%20bff%20came%20up%20to%20visit.%20%20And%20chocolate%20lava%20cake%20for%20Valentine%E2%80%99s%20day.%20%20And%20homemade%20vanilla%20ice%20cream.%20%20And%20a%20variety%20of%20other%20sweets.%20%20Well,%20now%20that%20my%20birthday%20is%20past,%20there%20are%20no%20celebratory%20anythings%20calling%20for%20nummies%20for%20a%20good%20couple%20of%20months,%20so%20it%E2%80%99s%20time%20to%20get%20back%20on%20the%20bandwagon%20(which%20will,%20I%20think,%20help%20with%20the%20mental%20fog%20and%20squidgy%20feeling).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWho%E2%80%99s%20with%20me?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETAGS:G.I.T.%20/%20Kait%20Nolan%20/%20Personal%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
