%20and%20we%20still%20don't%20have%20a%20grill.%20%20There%20has%20to%20be%20something%20seriously%20wrong%20about%20that.%20%20I%20mean,%20for%20my%2023rd%20birthday%20my%20dad%20gave%20me%20money%20to%20go%20an%20buy%20my%20own%20grill!%20%20Surprisingly%20we%20seem%20to%20be%20getting%20on%20just%20fine%20without%20one.%20%20We'll%20pick%20one%20up%20soon%20I%20suppose,%20but%20in%20the%20meantime%20I%20purchased%20one%20of%20those%20cute%20little%20pans%20with%20the%20raised%20bits%20to%20make%20cute%20little%20grill%20marks.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20went%20to%20the%20local%20fish%20market%20on%20Friday%20and%20bought%20some%20more%20prawns%20and%20grouper.%20%20Cooked%20some%20up%20that%20day%20at%20a%20park%20BBQ,%20but%20left%20the%20rest%20at%20home.%20%20If%20I%20was%20lucky%20enough%20to%20find%20tortillas%20at%20the%20store%20(around%20here%20you%20never%20know%20what%20you'll%20find%20at%20the%20store%20on%20a%20day%20to%20day%20basis),%20I%20knew%20I%20wanted%20to%20make%20fish%20and%20shrimp%20tacos.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo,%20I%20was%20one%20very%20happy%20lady%20when%20I%20found%20some%20salsa%20flavored%20tortillas.%20%20As%20much%20as%20I%20would%20have%20preferred%20corn,%20I%20was%20just%20happy%20to%20get%20tortillas%20at%20all.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20just%20loved%20this%20recipe...but%20the%20best%20part%20was%20the%20Mango-Radish%20Salsa.%20%20(click%20the%20link%20for%20the%20recipe)%20Oh%20my%20was%20that%20good.%20%20I%20will%20be%20making%20these%20tacos%20again%20very%20soon!!%20%20(wish%20I%20still%20had%20some%20left%20over!)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStart%20off%20making%20your%20mango-radish%20salsa%20and%20set%20aside%20in%20the%20fridge.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENext,%20make%20the%20dressing.%20%20It's%20very%20simple...combine%20everything%20in%20a%20bowl.%20%20Set%20aside.%20%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPrepare%20the%20fish:%20%20Our%20fish%20was%20a%20filet%20with%20the%20skin%20still%20attached.%20%20So%20we%20seasoned%20it%20with%20the%20garlic%20powder,%20chili%20powder,%20lemon%20juice%20and%20salt.%20%20Threw%20it%20on%20the%20grill%20skillet%20and%20cooked%20until%20the%20fish%20was%20able%20to%20flake%20away%20easily.%20%20Then%20the%20hubby%20cut%20the%20skin%20from%20the%20bottom,%20removed%20the%20bones%20and%20cut%20into%20chunks.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20seasoned%20the%20shrimp%20as%20well%20with%20the%20same%20amounts%20of%20seasonings%20and%20grilled%20until%20pink.%20%20Depending%20on%20the%20size%20of%20your%20shrimp...little%20ones%20cook%20faster%20than%20big%20ones.%20%20Ours%20took%20about%203%20min%20per%20side%20(maybe%20even%20a%20bit%20less)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESet%20up%20your%20table%20family%20style:%20%20toppings%20laid%20out,%20tortillas,%20dressing,%20salsa.%20%20Pile%20everything%20on%20and%20take%20a%20huge%20bite!%20%20YUM!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
