%20loves%20to%20say%20this%20word.%20%20Not%20just%20say%20it.%20%20But%20live%20it.%20Dance%20to%20it.%20%20Replace%20all%20the%20words%20of%20Hey%20Jude%20to%20simply%20%22produce.%22%20Games%20of%20identifying%20whether%20or%20not%20the%20object%20in%20front%20of%20us%20is%20produce%20or%20not.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EInstead%20of%20saying%20%22we%20are%20going%20to%20the%20farmer's%20market,%22%20we%20say%20%22we%20are%20getting%20produce%20today!%22%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESeth%20recently%20asked%20me%20why%20Max%20is%20so%20excited%20about%20going%20to%20the%20farmer's%20market,%20why%20he%20is%20so%20excited%20about%20produce?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20just%20laughed.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWho%20wouldn't%20love%20produce?!?%20%20I'm%20kidding,%20this%20is%20not%20one%20of%20those%20posts%20espousing%20the%20beauty%20and%20deliciousness%20of%20produce%20from%20farmer's%20markets...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20laughed%20because%20Max%20doesn't%20actually%20like%20being%20at%20the%20farmer's%20market%20(unless%20he%20is%20chowing%20down%20on%20a%20juicy%20peach%20or%20tossing%20back%20berries%20by%20the%20handful).%20%20He%20just%20likes%20saying%20the%20word.%20%20Once%20we%20are%20actually%20out%20shopping,%20shoes%20will%20be%20definitely,%20defiantly%20kicked%20off%20and%20%22bye%20bye%20produce%22%20will%20be%20shouted%20pleadingly.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20while%20he%20has%20an%20appreciation%20for%20the%20actual%20word,%20it%20most%20definitely%20does%20not%20mean%20he%20loves%20all%20produce.%20%20We%20are%20not%20one%20of%20those%20impossibly%20charming%20families%20where%20kids%20skip%20around%20swinging%20baskets%20of%20hand-picked%20fruits%20and%20veggies%20and%20turn%20their%20heads%20in%20disgust%20at%20the%20sight%20of%20a%20processed%20food%20item.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20time,%20Max%20was%20super%20excited%20to%20eat%20his%20produce%20in%20peach%20form.%20%20He%20did%20not%20however%20enjoy%20the%20peaches%20turned%20into%20puffs.%20%20Puffs%20filled%20with%20lime-scented%20peaches,%20ginger,%20basil,%20and%20brie.%20%20They%20tasted%20pretty%20awesome%20to%20me%20though...%20%20To%20make%20up%20for%20his%20lack%20of%20enthusiasm,%20he%20did%20perform%20a%20produce%20dance.%20%20So%20that%20helped.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELove%20this%20video%20from%20Cooking%20Light%20about%20buying%20and%20storing%20fresh%20peaches!%20So%20informative!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EInstructions%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHeat%20oven%20to%20400%20(or%20whatever%20temperature%20is%20recommended%20on%20your%20puff%20pastry%20dough).%20Cut%20the%20puff%20pastry%20into%20four%20squares%20by%20slicing%20horizontally%20and%20vertically%20with%20a%20pizza%20cutter.%20Then%20cut%20each%20square%20into%20two%20triangles%20by%20slicing%20on%20a%20diagonal.%20You%20will%20have%20a%20total%20of%208%20triangles.%20Place%20about%201%201/2%20tablespoons%20of%20the%20peach%20mixture%20as%20well%20as%20a%20slice%20of%20brie%20on%20each%20triangle,%20bring%20the%20opposing%20edges%20over%20and%20seal%20the%20puff%20into%20a%20triangle%20shape.%20You%20may%20want%20to%20use%20just%20a%20bit%20of%20water%20to%20help%20seal.%20Whisk%20the%20egg%20and%20milk%20and%20brush%20the%20half%20and%20half%20on%20each%20triangle%20and%20sprinkle%20with%20turbinado%20sugar.%20Bake%20for%20about%2015%20minutes%20until%20golden%20brown%20and%20puffy.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
