%20consists%20of%20American%20cheese,%20mustard,%20chopped%20onions%20and%20%22sauce%22%20which%20is%20like%20a%20Greek%20chili%20on%20a%20hot%20dog.%20At%20the%20school%20carnival%20today%20they%20were%2075%25%20off%20for%20students%20and%20free%20for%20teachers.%20I%20resisted%20in%20order%20to%20be%20able%20to%20eat%20my%20dinner.%20Luckily,%20dinner%20was%20delicious.%20I%20really%20liked%20this%20pork%20marinade.%20We%20cooked%20this%20dinner%20using%20both%20the%20grill%20and%20the%20oven.%20I%20haven't%20quite%20gotten%20as%20far%20as%20grilling%20vegetables.%20So%20I%20roasted%20the%20squash,%20zucchini,%20and%20onions.%20The%20grape%20tomatoes,%20J%20grilled%20on%20skewers.%20The%20pork%20was%20also%20grilled%20on%20skewers.%20I%20desperately%20need%20to%20buy%20some%20metal%20skewers%20because%20no%20matter%20how%20long%20I%20soak%20the%20wooden%20ones,%20they%20still%20tend%20to%20burn%20up.%20This%20dinner%20was%20just%20delicious.%20I'm%20definitely%20going%20to%20save%20the%20marinade%20recipe.%20I%20even%20forgot%20the%20cilantro%20that%20was%20supposed%20to%20go%20on%20the%20tomatoes%20but%20I%20didn't%20miss%20it%20at%20all.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1%20red%20onion,%20quarteredCombine%20all%20of%20the%20marinade%20ingredients%20in%20bowl.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20the%20pork%20and%20toss%20to%20coat%20thoroughly.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECover%20and%20put%20it%20in%20the%20fridge%20for%20at%20least%20an%20hour%20(mine%20marinated%20for%20approx.%203%20hours).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EJust%20before%20cooking,%20preheat%20grill%20on%20high.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThread%20pork%20and%20tomatoes%20onto%20separate%20skewers.%20Discard%20excess%20marinade.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGrill%20on%20high%20direct%20heat%20for%203-4%20minutes%20on%20each%20side.%20Let%20rest%202-3%20minutes%20before%20removing%20from%20skewers.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBefore%20the%20pork%20and%20tomatoes%20go%20on%20the%20grill,%20line%20a%20baking%20sheet%20with%20foil%20(for%20less%20clean%20up)%20and%20broil%20the%20remaining%20vegetables%20(zucchini,%20squash,%20and%20onion)%20in%20the%20oven%20on%20high%20until%20they%20reach%20desired%20doneness%20(approx.%2010%20min).%20Everything%20should%20be%20ready%20at%20about%20the%20same%20time.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
