Spicy Gambas

I love prawns! This is a twist that I find tasty and very good to eat.

Ingredientes

  • 500gr Prawns (250grper person). Deveined and tail kept on.
  • 200g Butter - you can use less
  • Half a cup of good Olive Oil
  • 10-15 Garlic cloves
  • Chilli 7-10 pieces(this varies depending on taste. I use a lot).
  • 1 Glass Dry White Wine
  • Paprika sprinkled over dish before serving.

Direcciones

  1. After the prawns are deveined, add some salt and put in the fridge for half and hour.
  2. Melt the butter olive oil in a large pot on the stove.
  3. Add chooped garlic when oil & butter starts to bubble.
  4. Add Chopped Chilli. Add Prawns.
  5. As the pot starts to boil again add the wine.
  6. Prawns are done once they turn pink.
