Receta Spicy Gambas
I love prawns! This is a twist that I find tasty and very good to eat.
Ingredientes
- 500gr Prawns (250grper person). Deveined and tail kept on.
- 200g Butter - you can use less
- Half a cup of good Olive Oil
- 10-15 Garlic cloves
- Chilli 7-10 pieces(this varies depending on taste. I use a lot).
- 1 Glass Dry White Wine
- Paprika sprinkled over dish before serving.
Direcciones
- After the prawns are deveined, add some salt and put in the fridge for half and hour.
- Melt the butter olive oil in a large pot on the stove.
- Add chooped garlic when oil & butter starts to bubble.
- Add Chopped Chilli. Add Prawns.
- As the pot starts to boil again add the wine.
- Prawns are done once they turn pink.
