  1. 1. Beat egg white with cream of tartar till foamy. Add in sugar a little at a time till stiff peaks form. Spread on brown paper on cookie sheet to make a crust. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Turn oven off, leave meringue shell in oven till cold.
  2. 2. Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mix in cold whip and spread over meringue shell.
  3. 3. Dissolve jello in water, refrigeratetill it begins to set. Stir in strawberries, just to coat. Pile strawberries high on filling. Chill.
