  1. Cook potatoes in salted water. In skillet saute/fry onion in butter. Add in lamb, tomato and spices. Cook till tomato is tender, about 10 min. With a lotted spoon remove onion, tomato and onion from skillet, leaving juice. Add in flour to juice; thicken. Add in lowfat milk. Add in lowfat sour cream. Add in lamb, tomatoes, onions and liquid removed potatoes. Simmer till hot through 5 - 10 min.
  2. This recipe is a great way to use up leftover roast lamb with herbs.
