Well, I have 5 children and cook ALOT! I started cooking when I was about 9 years old. I usually dream about a recipie before I cook it. Often, I dream of how to revise a recipie once I have cooked it. Rarely, do I make the same recipie twice in the same exact way because I think I am always looking for new ways to improve on something. Except my fruit dip! That I like just the way it is! I buy a case or more of fresh roasted Green Chili every year and freeze it. I LOVE to read. I like all kinds of books. I like to watch old classic movies, mostly ones that were based on old novels, for example: Jane Eyre and Little Women.
