Influencias de Cocina
I'm a home boy at heart so I have to say my grandma and mother taught me so much about cooking and baking. Being the youngest of four I used to spend a lot of time with mum in the kitchen, and that I do not regret!

I can put weight on by breathing, like you eat very heathily and getting back to full health and fitness after a bad accident in 2010. trying to put it all behind me and get on with life now. Well done for losing the 1.5 pounds, keep it up eh?

- 07 de Agosto de 2014Don't give up Debbi, it'll be worth it in the end. I'm just watching what I eat, not cutting anything out really, just restricting my calorific intake and my weight is gradually going. I'm now down to 106 kilo's.
Slowly slowly.......................Lol.

- 21 de Enero de 2012Thanks Amos for the lovely welcome. I've been looking through your list of recipes, very interesting Amos. The Pear Butter sounds interesting as does the Venison Roast with Cranberry Sauce Recipe. I can see I'm going to be consulting your recipe list a lot!
Take care eh?

- 21 de Enero de 2012Cheers John, you have a very interesting list of recipes, the Slow-Roasted Pork Stew with Fennel, Tomatoes, and Olives recipe sounds lovely as does the Sumptuous Georgian Lamb Stew recipe. Like you I love asparagus so the Asparagus in Miso-Butter Sauce caught my eye right away! I'm gonna be trying that as soon as I can find some asparagus I think.
Take care!
