My name is Nikki D.Diggs,i am a mother of five and the youngest of 12. i grew up in Phila P.A. in the west philly area. i have been cooking and creating since the age of 13,I am what you call a self taught cook. i went from SCRAMBLED EGGS to FRYING WHOLE FRESH FISH. I love the art of cooking and creating. it is my beleif through experience that food offers a new level/type of "TOGETHERNESS". From comfort to sympathy. Food soothes the soul and imprints a memory on your tastebuds with its aromatic seasonings. I also like to collaborate with others on their own recipes.my hardest critique is myself i am very hard on myself when it comes to cooking, i leave lil room for frustration but plenty for patience.
