Acerca de mí
Just a fellow that loves to cook. Taste as I go and see where it leads me. As a boy, for some reason, I dipped the lettuce in vinegar before making my Ham sandwich. When I tasted it, my first thought was to see if it would taste as good to others, and it did. I'm sure the German mustard didn't hurt. I also take claim to putting mustard on pizza. I can't think of any of my friends or family that now doesn't reach out for or request a bottle of French's mustard when eating pizza. My rule of cooking is to keep tasting, tweaking and smiling while you're cooking. Where else can you have so much fun and get something good to eat at the same time.

My wonderful Grandfather who taught me how much a pinch, smiggen or about that much, was. I would give anything for another serving of his spaghetti.
