Former Royal Chef,Originally from England, recently moved to the coast of South Carolina to start my business, 'SimplyDining,' specializing in exclusive dinner parties, custom picnic baskets and small events, using local and fresh produce, organic meats and cheeses and fresh baked pastries!

My cooking hero was a British Chef, Keith Floyd who really caught my interest with all things culinary! I love mediterranean influenced cooking, using the best olive oil and fresh simple ingredients. I also like to bake and my signature dish is a "croque en bouche" french style celebration cake/dessert made with profiteroles and caramel.
