I have two kids who grew up eating anything I put in front of them. My youngest developed and huge love of sushi, sashimi and raw oysters by the age of 4 and the oldest was the one who helped me teach her all this! We live to eat and love to try new culinary experiences!
Fast forward and now we added 3 step kids oh yeah and their dad to the mix and wow... things changed! My 3 step kids survive on chicken nuggets and French fries! Screech!
So my challenge is to slowly integrate new things into their diet without slowing down my adventurous cooking and eating style! We have made progress but sometimes I go crazy... feel like a short order cook because I have to make so many variations of dinner!

I will cook anything and everything... I believe in the no fear approach and rarely follow recipes completly. Most always alter things to what I think will taste the best.
