  • 1/4 c. Minced onion
  • 1/4 c. Minced green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
  • 1 lb Pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 c. (7 ounce) elbow macaroni, cooked, liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry vegetables in margarine till tender. Reduce heat to low. Add in process cheese spread and lowfat milk; stir till process cheese spread is melted.
  2. Stir in macaroni. Spoon into 2 qt casserole. Bake at 350 for 15 min.
  3. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if you like.
