Married to the best husband in the world to me. Born and bread in UK, but lived in USA since 1972.
Miss the English food at times, but count myself lucky that I can order online if I cannot find it in specialty stores locally. I love to bake bread mainly, but I consider myself a novice and still learning, but love to read all the online recipes I can. I am beginning to think that I am becoming a "recipe addict!" LOL.

My cooking influences mainly come from my mother growing up in England, but my husband being a Diabetic is unable to eat a lot of my recipes, and so that leaves me alone to finish them off. Needless to say, I cannot cook all that I would love to, but do a pretty good job of giving it a darn good try at times.
I enjoy following foodie blogs online, and have quite a few Feeds that I follow. This keeps me pretty busy being retired now.
