I am married to a wonderful husband and I am a proud mom of 4 beautiful kids. I enjoy cooking and love to experiment new food, because I'm Italian, a lot of my cooking is Italian. My beloved mom was the greatest teacher, she taught me everything I know about home cooking she was the best home cook I know. I am also studying online for catering hoping that someday I can have my own catering business. My mom taught me everything I know about homecooking. After she passed away I was missing her cooking. I never used to cook all of her food while she was alive because she would cook it and bring it over, she would either bring the food over to us or invite us to eat at her house. My dad became a good cook too after so many years helping mom while she was sick, he did learn some of her cooking so now when he comes and stay with us for a month, he does some of the cooking with pride, I could tell he enjoys cooking and I am so proud of him for doing good without any of our help. (btw he lives in Florida and I live in Connecticut so he visits us once a year for about a month). Anyway now as years go by I have more desire to cook mom's food.
