I'm a mid-20 something who loves to cook, but finds a challenge in cooking for 1 sometimes. I guess it's just a reason to have dinner parties! But considering my city apartment fits maybe 2 other people at a time, I'll just have to keep them small...
I like to follow recipes, but I also make up my own, or adjust them to suit my tastes (or whatever's available in my pantry).
I love the smell of fresh cilantro, basil, or rosemary - I use each of them a lot.
M favorite food of all time is ceviche. I have yet to find a perfect recipe, but I'll try.

I love Martha Stewart and I think Rachel Ray is annoying. I wish Paula Dean didn't use a stick of butter in everything she makes because everything she makes is way too delicious.
