Father of one son, he is senior lecturer at the University of Malta, Dr.in ICT.My wife Agnes, she is a housewife and she is a good cook.
After long years working experience in various kinds’ kitchens of Malta and abroad I decided to compile a book of healthy recipes. I was apprenticed in 1968 at the COLLEGE OF ARTS SCIENCE and TECHNOLOGY in Malta for four years and I never took my whites off. Some of these recipes are my imagination and I thank those chefs who gave me practical and economic advice, explaining various cooking methods. I am convinced that young chefs to organize their craft knowledge will welcome this book. In this book you can find selection of healthy MENUS and dozens of tasty dishes you can enjoy preparing. For vegetarian persons this book has a selection of recipes on vegetarian principles without being strict. I would like to thank to Mrs. A. Fenech Hygiene Manager and her Team for good training about
Hygiene Practices and because of all this I could write basically in my own
words the requirements of hygiene in kitchen. Remember, No body is perfect but by practice and experience you can be a good CHEF by creating your own healthy dishes.
