I'm trying lots of new cuisines and recipes, trying to find food that my Autistic grandson can and will eat. The tofu lasagne didn't go over too well but I hope the bread pudding will be a hit; we'll see.

05 de Septiembre de 2010I just made lasagna with tofu and it's delicious. It takes a while to put together but is well worth the effort for those that can't eat dairy. It can be made with GF noodles, but I didn't have any at the time. I'll post this recipe soon and I hope someone out there tries it and enjoys it as much as I do. I'm also going to make a bread pudding this AM using GF bread, agave syrup and soy milk. I hope this turns out as bread pudding is one of my all-time favorites.- 27 de Julio de 2010I'm going to try an Indian recipe, Roti Flatbread, tomorrow morning. I'll let you know how it tasts.
