Receta Bermuda Johnny Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
Direcciones
- Mix sugar, flour, salt, and baking pwdr. Add in egg and lowfat milk and mix. Heat butter in frying pan. Spoon a third of the batter into the pan. Fry on low heat till brown. Turn and brown the other side. Repeat twice with the remaining batter. Split bread in half and serve with plenty of butter and jam.
