Acerca de mí
I have been cooking for over 30 years and have an appreciation for great food. Recently I have embarked on a quest to make outstanding meals that are based on whole and natural foods with less fat and simple carbohydrates then I have traditionally prepared. I am experimenting with the use of ethnic seasonings such as curries and Asian spice blends as an undertone to more traditional dishes such as adding a pinch of curry to pasta dishes. Some work, others are "interesting". All are fun adventures.
At some point, I would like to prepare a cookbook of dishes that are healthy, cost effective, flavorful, and easy to prepare for families or singles on the go.
