Acerca de mí
My experience in the food industry began in Napa Valley at just 16 years old. I decided to learn other cuisines and refine my cooking skills at the Art Institute of California - Los Angeles in 2005 to 2007. Since then, I've had the privilege to work alongside brilliant chefs such as Chef Danny Harold, Chef Warren Schwartz, and Chef Christophe Bernard. I became inspired just to be around them, and to study their different methods and passion for food.
Five years into the restaurant atmosphere, I decided to explore the artistic side of cooking by going into the catering business. I began catering for parties as small as 10 people to parties as large as 200 people for multiple business and local families in the Los Angeles area in 2007 and fell in love with the experience. Three years later, I continues to learn worldwide cuisines as I pick up clientele all over California.
