Acerca de mí
I was born & raised in central PA but spent many years away – having the opportunity to not only work among different cultures, but also sample different cuisines. Nothing too exciting - the Caribbean and South Florida sum up a majority of my years away from “home”, but I’d love to go to Asia and Italy someday, as Italian and Thai foods rank up there as among my favorites.
Working in the hospitality/hotel industry for 15+ years, I also became very “spoiled” – making good friends in the culinary and Food & Beverage worlds - learning about food and wine and different spices, but let’s just say I was more into the sampling of these things, rather than the actual preparation.
I now find myself back in central PA where I will soon have to start sharing the cooking duties with family members. I am hoping CookEatShare will come in handy as I’m bound to run out of ideas &/or not know how to prepare something I’d like to attempt to make.
