I have always wanted to cook but didn't really get started until my teens. Good cooks run in my family. I have the most found memories of entering my grandmothers home and the amazing aromas that wafted from her kitchen. That was deeply implanted into the very essence of who I am. We never left her home hungry and that has always been my moto. You will never leave my home hungry. There is always plenty to eat and it's always staisfying. I am also very much into cooking healthy, low fat, high fibre and organics. I believe we should eat to live not live to eat.
I wan't professionally trained as a cheif. I have taken kitchen safety and sanitation along with nutrition classes however. Cooking is just a part of my DNA.
I married almost 16 years ago and have two growing boys. My family is my priority. But, as they are growing up I'm finding more time to cook for others. I started my own catering company last year, "Cater To Your Needs." I cater small affairs, cocktail parties, and I also cook privately for individual families. I have also done a few cooking demos at a local olive oil store in our town center and that's a blast. I love an audience. I love to cook in different homes and really get to know my clients. My goal is to have my own cooking studio with in the next 3-5 years. My boys will be much older by then and it will be my turn.

My fathers mother Molly because she could cook anything and it was always great. My mothers mother Lily because the woman cook bake a great pie. My father's favorite was always her lemon meringues pie and my favorite her cherry pie. Yum!
On TV... Ina Garten. I love the fact that she too had no professional cooking school experience. It lets me know that I can do it too. Also her full name is Ian Rosenberg-Garten and I am Tracy Rosenberg-Roso. Perhaps some of her DNA is in me too.

I also love to teach cooking. This is another reason that I'd like to open my cooking studio. I wanted to be able to teach as wells as cater to others.
