Acerca de mí
I hope this time it will be saved. Third time I tried,to write something about me.
I am 64 years old, happily married to a daughter of a Royal Navy chef, I am a proud father of three boys: Keith, the eldest, an executive chef at a local catering agency, Elliott, jack of all trades and master in a lot of them, and Christon, a computer technician in the University of Malta; and a grandfather of four.
Due to my ailment, weak heart, I couldn't use any spice or curries and sauces bought from the stores, so I had to make my own. With the help of my kids, I succeeded in blending a lot of spices and curries, (including Indian, Persian, Arabic and Chinese).
I even succeeded in mixing a couple of sauces which can be used by gluten-free people.
I spend a lot of time at the computer viewing hundreds of recipes, and choosing only a very few of them, since some of them are too exaggerated in ingredients as if to impress other folks.
I am really interested in Persian cuisine, which a lot of recipes are healthy, really healthy, because those folks use a lot of legumes, (a mine of proteins, but no cholesterol).
Any body interested to share some of his recipes with me I will reciprocate with some of our local recipes which are healthy too, because we include a lot of vegetables and fish in our diet
