Mardi Gras

Ted Brooks
Ted Brooks 21 de Enero de 2010

It's almost time for Mardi Gras, which is a good time to have a party and try out your Creole and Cajun cooking skills. I'm making some jambalaya, a seafood Etoufee' and Crawfish pie! Ummm . I'm also going to attempt to lean how to make a Sazerac cocktail. I'll update to this list after the party.

What about you?

Red Velvet cake with a sour cream frosting will work as will Cajun bread pudding. Great desserts!
