  • 1 tuna steak
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 teaspoon pink peppercorns
  • 1/2 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 2cm fresh root ginger, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce

Direcciones

  1. in a pestle and mortar grind up the star anise, peppercorns, cloves and fennel
  2. add the ginger and the olive oil and mix into a paste
  3. coat the tuna with the paste
  4. boil the water for the noodles and heat the pan for the tuna
  5. put the noodles into the water and after they have been boiling for 2 minutes, sear the tuna for a minute per side
  6. drain the noodles, cover with the soya sauce and slice the tuna and place on top
