Ingredientes
- 12 egg yolks
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 1/2 c. cake flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 c. boiling water
Direcciones
- Beat egg yolks till creamy, add in sugar, beat. Add in sifted dry ingredients with boiling water. Add in extract and oil. Bake in angel food cake pan lined with wax paper for 55 min at 300 degrees.
