Ingredientes
- 1 (3 ounce) pkg. raspberry gelatin
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. cool water
- 1 env. unflavored gelatin
- 1 c. coffee cream (half & half)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (3 ounce) pkg. raspberry gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (16 ounce) can blueberries, undrained
Direcciones
- Dissolve gelatin in water and pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate till hard.
- Soften gelatin in cold water. Heat cream and sugar till hot, but NOT boiling. Add in softened gelatin and cream cheese into this very hot mix and blend in blender till smooth. Pour over the first layer and refrigerate till hard.
- Dissolve gelatin in water. Add in undrained blueberries. Pour over cheese layer and refrigerate.
