%20so%20they%20didn't%20have%20the%20lovely%20little%20'handle'%20instead%20they%20were%20more%20like%20a%20little%20miniature%20T-bone!%20But%20either%20way%20I%20found%20them%20to%20be%20very%20good.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAgain%20all%20I%20did%20was%20a%20simple%20seasoning%20with%20a%20bit%20of%20%22steak%20seasoning%22%20(salt,%20pepper,%20garlic,%20dill,%20crushed%20red%20pepper)%20that%20I%20have%20in%20a%20grinder%20and%20seared%20them%20on%20a%20hot%20grill%20pan%20for%20about%203-5%20min%20per%20side.%20I%20served%20them%20with%20an%20ancient%20grain%20mix%20from%20Trader%20Joe's%20which%20is%20my%20fast%20easy%20go-to%20when%20company%20unexpectedly%20arrives.%20I%20also%20made%20a%20veggie%20mix%20(not%20pictured)%20of%20sauteed%20zucchini,%20onion,%20pepper,%20mushrooms,%20new%20zealand%20spinach,%20and%20some%20diced%20tomatoes%20in%20some%20garlic%20seasoned%20with%20salt%20&%20pepper.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
