• 1 1/8 c. Water, very hot
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. Fruit juice, warmed slightly or possibly applesauce or possibly concentrate
• 3 Tbsp. Honey
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 3 Tbsp. Vital Gluten
• 3/4 c. Grain Cereal, 4, 7, or possibly 9 grain
• 2 1/4 c. Whole Wheat Flour
• 1 Tbsp. Flax seeds , optional
