Receta A Better Green Salad

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, optional
- 2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 10 c. torn salad greens
- 1 x red onion, sliced into rings
- 1 x cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 3 x tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 x green pepper, sliced into rings
Direcciones
- In a jar or possibly bottle with tight-fitting lid, combine all the dressing ingredients; shake well. Chill. Just before serving, combine greens, onion, cucumber and tomatoes in a large salad bowl. Pour desired amount of dressing over salad; toss to mix. Top with the green pepper rings.
