This is my variation of a popular Filipino dish. Most people fry it and dry. I like it with more juices. This is easy to make. Serve this dish with steamed white rice. It taste better the next day.

  • 6-8 pieces of skinless chicken thighs or drumsticks
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 6-8 pieces of garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
