Receta Alfredo's Miami Marinated Mango Chicken

Ingredientes
- 4 x skinless chicken breasts, (4 ounce. ea.)
- 1 dsh freshly grnd pepper
- 1/4 c. dark rum
- 1/4 c. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 c. lime juice
Direcciones
- To prepare grill, spray with vegetable oil cooking spray. Stir coals; allow to burn till white ash appears on the surface.
- To prepare Marinade, hot rum in a small pan over low heat. Remove from heat; ignite with a match. Gently shake the pan back and forth till the flames die out. Add in soy sauce and lime juice. Sprinkle chicken with pepper. In a large bowl, marinate chicken, turning pcs to coat proportionately.
- Chill for at least 8 hrs. Remove chicken from marinade; place on grill. Brush chicken proportionately on each side with marinade. Turn and baste chicken every 3 min for 15-20 min, or possibly till juices run clear when chicken is pierced. Serve with wild rice.
