Now this Makes a HUge Batch of Sauce. Great for A crowd. And Since I've only made it for a crowd, its always gone fast
It's easy to make it smaller as well.

Ingredientes

2 1/4 Cups Margarine or butter
8 Cups Milk
1 tbsp Nutmeg
1 tbsp White pepper
1 tbsp garlic
8 block Cream cheese.
3 Cups Real Parmasan or 6 cups of the Fake parm

Direcciones

Prepare a double broiler, heat cream cheese and margarine, til starting to melt, add other ingredients. Bring it to a simmer and let it reduce making sure to whisk through the time til it's thick and smooth
