Receta Alfredo Sauce (Lowfat)

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Skimmed lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Lowfat cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Place all ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor and blend till smooth. Pour mix into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat till heated through and smooth, stirring occasionally. Serve with warm, cooked fettucini.
- Makes 4 serving.
